This celebration is designed to acknowledge their services and to felicitate them for their hard work, bravery, and sacrifices and is graced by the presence of Officers from all uniformed forces, civilians, and dignitaries around India.

Dr. Lalit K Panwar is an IAS Officer (R.) 1979 batch (Raj. Cadre) presently working as Chairperson of Vivekanand Global University (NAAC-A+) Jaipur.
He has been awarded the President National Tourism Award and Marwar Ratn, also he has served as Secretary to C. M. Rajasthan, Secretary Tourism and Minority Affairs, Govt. of India. He has also worked as Chairman R.P.S.C., and First Vice Chancellor of Rajasthan State Skills University.
Dr. Panwar likes to play dholak, read books, and travel, in addition to this he also holds a Doctorate in Tourism.

Dr. Manoj Bhatt, 1981 batch (Rajasthan Cadre) IPS has served as DGP, Rajasthan. A University topper, the "Best Trainee" at NPA,Hyderabad, was conferred with Prime Minister's Baton and Revolver by the Government of India. He has been awarded with the Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Services and with the prestigious President's Police Medal for his Distinguished Services as a police officer.

Amit Lodha is a 1998-batch IPS officer of the Bihar cadre. He has been awarded the President’s Police Medal of Gallantry, Internal Security Medal and the Excellent Contribution Award for successfully initiating a policepublic partnership for better policing in Nalanda, Bihar.
He likes to play tennis and squash, and is a huge fan of Kishore Kumar. Amit Sir is not just a great police officer but also an amazing writer and he proved his art with his first book 'Bihar Dairies' and than later came in his second book ‘Life in the Uniform’.

Prafulla Kumar is a 2001-batch (Rajasthan Cadre ) IPS. Presently posted as IGP, Udaipur Range. Prafulla Kumar has been awarded the Indian Police Medal.He loves reading, travelling, music and he also likes to sing.

Himanshu Chouhan is behind the conceptualisation of GARV. He hopes to contribute his time and efforts to honour the Uniformed forces, to acknowledge their services and to felicitate them for their hard work, bravery, and sacrifices. It’s really gratifying to see that his aim being achieved by this “Thanks giving” celebration which eventually helps to boost the morale of our forces and to motivate our younger generation. Moreover, Our Government and local administration have always been kind enough to acknowledge and appreciate his efforts

Dr. Varsha Tanu, wife of Shri Prafulla Kumar, IPS (Posted as IGP, Udaipur Range); is a Social Development sector professional. She has worked with many UN agencies and Government departments, such as, Dept. of Health, Rural Development, Dept. of LSG, ICDS etc., in which, she has led many agship programmes at the state level. She is also a trained singer. She is a desciple of the noted Ghazal Maestro Talat Aziz Sahab.
