Dr. Lalit K Panwar is an IAS Officer ®.) 1979 batch (Raj. Cadre) presently working as Chairperson of Vivekanand Global University (NAAC-A+) Jaipur. He has been awarded the President National Tourism Award and Marwar Ratn, also he has served as Secretary to C. M. Rajasthan, Secretary Tourism and Minority Affairs, Govt. of India. He has also worked as Chairman R.P.S.C., and First Vice Chancellor of Rajasthan State Skills University. Dr. Panwar likes to play dholak, read books, and travel, in addition to this he also holds a Doctorate in Tourism and Secretary to C.M. Rajasthan.

Dr. Manoj Bhatt, 1981 batch (Rajasthan Cadre) IPS has served as DGP, Rajasthan. A University topper, the "Best Trainee" at NPA,Hyderabad, was conferred with Prime Minister's Baton and Revolver by the Government of India. He has been awarded with the Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Services and with the prestigious President's Police Medal for his Distinguished Services as a police officer.

Madan Singh Rathore, Retd. Inspector General of BSF, PMG, BAR PMG, PMMS, PPMG. He averted 7 suicidal attacks in Jammu and Kashmir and Killed 14 terrorists. 10 Director General's BSF Commendation Rolls. He was awarded gallantry medals thrice.

Himanshu Chouhan is behind the conceptualisation of GARV. He hopes to contribute his time and efforts to honour the Uniformed forces, to acknowledge their services and to felicitate them for their hard work, bravery, and sacrifices. It’s really gratifying to see that his aim being achieved by this “Thanks giving” celebration which eventually helps to boost the morale of our forces and to motivate our younger generation. Moreover, Our Government and local administration have always been kind enough to acknowledge and appreciate his efforts

Amit Lodha is a 1998-batch IPS officer of the Bihar cadre. He has been honoured with the Excellent Contribution Award for successfully initiating a police- public partnership for better policing in Bihar's Nalanda district during his tenure as the superintendent of police there. He launched SAMBHAV- an organization under the aegis of the Nalanda district police to tap the power of the youth. He has been the recipient of various awards and commendations, including the acclaimed President’s Police Medal of Gallantry and the Internal Security Medal. He enjoys playing tennis and squash, and is an ardent fan of Kishore Kumar. He regularly writes for "The Times of India" blog. He has written a book "Bihar Diaries". The True Story of how Bihar's Most Dangerous Criminal was Caught. And launched In both Hindi and English.

Y S Rathore, DIG, BSF. He was awarded the Police Medal for Meritorious Service, U.N. Medal, Director General's citation 19 times and many other citations. He successfully led the Border Security Force parade many times.He served in 'Kargil War' with his dedicated service.

Garv is a celebration to honour our uniformed forces who are infused with a set of values that makes them willingly face a plethora of challenges and difficulties, and for what they do, what they sacrifice, and what their families go through. This celebration is designed to acknowledge their services and to felicitate them for their hard work, bravery, and sacrifices and is graced by the presence of Officers from all uniformed forces, civilians, and dignitaries around India.
